Steps to reserve your space:
1. Select the application for the bedroom type you are applying for.
Shared Bedroom: Download Application Private Bedroom: Download Application
2. Email all completed forms to info@penncenterapartments.com
3. Once the forms are received, you will receive an email confirmation to activate your online AppFolio portal, at which time you will need to pay the $299.00 security deposit fee & $80.00 parking fee if indicated on application
4. Once security deposit is received, your lease paperwork will be sent electronically to sign.
**A completed application and security deposit, legally binds you to a lease agreement.
