Rates are discounted for tenants who choose Payment Option 1.

  • Security deposit of $299.00 is required along with a completed Application and Roommate Questionnaire to confirm an apartment.
  • A parking space can be confirmed for a one-time fee of $120.00 for both semesters.

 

Please be advised that the Application and Agreement to Lease is a binding contract. In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit is non-refundable, if GN Associates locates a replacement. If tenant secures a replacement, the replacement must pay a new security deposit. Once this has cleared the bank, then the original tenant’s security deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 processing fee. The primary responsibility for locating a replacement on the lease remains with the tenant. If a replacement is not found, the tenant will be held responsible for the full term of the lease agreement.
