Owned and operated by GN Associates, Penn Center has been offering off-campus student housing to Pennsylvania College of Technology students for over 20 years. We are a multi-generational, family owned business, focused entirely on providing student housing and been doing so at multiple locations for more than three decades.

At Penn Center, all apartments are fully furnished two bedroom/two full bath units designed for up to four students.  Within each apartment, students have the choice of either a shared bedroom or a private bedroom.  The kitchen/living room areas are shared with all roommates and the bedroom doors lock separately from the rest of the apartment.

Since all leases are individual, both individuals and groups can be accommodated .  Different payment options are also offered, including financial aid.

Rates for Penn Center are very affordable and include all utilities except phone and cable.  Coin-operated laundry is also available on the premises.

Most importantly, Penn Center is located right next to the Penn College campus! We are located one block from the Student and Administrative Services Center at Penn College.
